GERASIMOS MENTZELOPOULOS
General Manager

Gerasimos manages PSP o a daily basis, handling company’s and tenant’s inquiries, developing strategic opportunities and partnerships. He is also involved in Budgeting, Project Management, Business and Marketing Planning. He works at PSP since 2009 moved from a successful career in the Explosives and Mining Industry in various positions such Exports and Purchasing Director, Quality and Safety Director, Works manager and new business developer.
He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Patras, and an MBA degree from Imperial College, London majoring in Strategic Management.

MARIA TSAMI
Marketing & Company Support Manager

Maria is responsible to raise PSP profile, promote and communicate tenant’s activities and products to a wider audience. She is also involved in events preparation and assists PSP management in daily operations. Previously she has worked in Lavipharm pharmaceutical company, Computer Technology Institute and Patras Municipal Development Company in Marketing and Financial Positions.
She holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Patras, majoring in Finance, MIS and Project management.

VASSILIS KAPOGIANNOPOULOS
IT & Digital Marketing

Vassilis is responsible for the IT systems of the park and also for raising  PSP digital profile, promote and communicate tenant’s activities and products to a wider audience. Prior to joining PSP Vasilis served for 4 years as Digital Marketing assistant, as well as IT support in a private sector company. 
He holds a degree in Computer Engineer and Informatics and an MBA, both from the University of Patras.

KONSTANTINOS ATHANASOPOULOS 
Accountant Officer

Konstantinos is the Chief Financial Officer of PSP responsible for the accounting and financial records. Upon request, he provides accounting and financial mentoring and services to the tenants, in cooperation with PSP.
He teaches also accounting at the Business Administration Department of the University of Patras, and holds Executive Positions in University Financial Administration. 

EVA PAPAIOANNOU  
Financial & Accounting Manager

Eva is directly involved in financial, accounting and administrative management of PSP’ s national and international co-financed projects. She participates in the compilation of the annual budgets and the completion of various monthly and other periodic financial reports. Prior to joining PSP, Eva served for 9 years as management/accounting assistant, as well as Finance Manager in a private sector company.
She is a graduate of the University of Piraeus, Department of Business Administration and holds a Specialization Certificate in “Management Accounting: Business Planning" from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens’ Vocational Training Center.  

DIONYSIA MYLONA
Administration & Accounting Manager

Dionysia is PSP’s Administrator and Accountant Manager. She deals with day-to-day enquiries, and provides administrative support to both PSP and external partners. She is also involved in the Accounting operations as well as communication issues. She holds an Accounting degree from Patras Technical Educational Institute and has worked in several administrative positions in the public and private sector.

VICKY TOMARA
Technology Transfer Manager

At PSP, Vicky is dealing with supporting business and academic partnerships, and introducing businesses to universities and research institutions to develop products, processes and services.
Before joining PSP, Vicky contributed in the development and launch of the Innovation and Technology Transfer Office of the University of Patras and in managing research projects and providing academic community with information on national programs. In addition, she involves in teaching, counseling, training, etc. on Lifelong Learning programs about innovation and entrepreneurship matters. Prior to this role, Vicky served the private sector as economist on industrial and commercial companies.
She received her diploma in Business Administration from the Athens' University of Economics and Business. She graduated from University of Patras with a M.B.A. Degree in Business Administration.

PATTY PANAGOPOULOU
Technology Transfer Manager

At PSP, Patty is focusing in bringing in contact the productive sector with researchers, resolving IP issues and creating Networking Procedures in the region of Western Greece. 

Mrs Patty has many years of professional experience in the implementation and management of research and development projects. Moreover, she had involvement in the submission of institutional proposals, closing projects of the Second and Third European Framework Programs, as well as in all phases of the management of these projects, drafting calls for expressions of interest for human resources and expenditure eligibility checks. Additionally, she was actively involved in organizing and conducting publicity and dissemination actions for the results of these projects. 

Mrs Patty’s academic background is in Physics, while her master was on "Electronics and Information Processing".  Her studies focused in the field of electronics and especially in data management and information processing. Her Master Thesis was on an "Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP): The example of SAP".

ACHILLES PAPOUTSAKIS LL.M.

Achilles is the Lawyer of PSP providing legal support or advice to the management. He can assist companies as well in developing their legal documentation or provide specific advice on legal issues. Upon request he can offer patent and licensing advice and support them in their IP rights protection.
He holds a degree in Law from the University of Athens and an LL.M. from Bristol University (U.K.).
