Blue Innovation Hub
Blue Innovation HUB is a joint initiative of leading academic research labs and Patras Science Park with the aim to exploit research results and promote innovation, new product development and business partnerships in the field of blue growth.
The primary objective of the HUB is to consolidate, foster and coordinate
community activities towards the development of products and applications based on blue growth, thus creating for its members new perspectives for research, technological and entrepreneurial cooperations.
Specifically:
- Creation of conditions to attract new scientists, development centers, business
- Strong bonds between labs and industry
- Undertake a leading role at national level and creating collaborations at international level (key player, landmark, brand name)
- Development of prototype products, concepts, applications, fundamental studies in various industrial sectors and research fields
- Commercialization and IP management of research results
- Cooperation with the industry
- Participation in national and international projects
- Increase networking, international links and create a distinctive HUB Brand name
- Exploitation of financial tools and mechanisms to support members

- Automization or/and scale up methods for product manufacturing
- Bridging Academia and Industry (communication of current
trends and needs, motivation of students and graduates to
innovate and become entrepreneurs, cooperation with the

3η Συνάντηση στα πλαίσια του έργου BLUE_BOOST και 2η Διακρατική επίσκεψη στην Περιφέρεια της Δυτικής Ελλάδος
Το Επιστημονικό Πάρκο Πατρών φιλοξένησε την 3η Συνάντηση της Συντονιστικής Επιτροπής του Έργου BLUE_BOOST, καθώς και την 2η Διακρατική διασταυρούμενη επίσκεψη (Cross Field Visits) στις 4
Εργαστήρια Γαλάζιας Ανάπτυξης (Blue Labs) του έργου «Blue_Boost»
Το Επιστημονικό Πάρκο Πατρών (ΕΠΠ), υλοποίησε με επιτυχία συνολικά τρία (3) Εργαστήρια Γαλάζιας Ανάπτυξης (Blue Labs), τον προηγούμενο μήνα, στα πλαίσια του έργου BLUE_BOOST. Συγκεκριμένα, το πρώτο και το τρίτο Blue Labs, πραγματοποιήθηκαν στην Πάτρα, στον χώρο του ΕΠΠ, στις 19 & 29 Νοεμβρίου. Το δεύτερο Blue Lab πραγματοποιήθηκε στο Μεσολόγγι, στις 20 Νοεμβρίου, στην αίθουσα συνεδριάσεων της Περιφερειακής Ενότητας Αιτωλοακαρνανίας με την στήριξη του Τμήματος Αλιείας και της Δρ. Άλκηστις Παρπούρα.
Εργαστήρια Γαλάζιας Ανάπτυξης (Blue Labs)
Το Επιστημονικό Πάρκο Πατρών (ΕΠΠ), προσκαλεί Μικρομεσαίες Επιχειρήσεις της Περιφέρειας Δυτικής Ελλάδας (ΠΔΕ), που δραστηριοποιούνται σε τομείς της Γαλάζιας Ανάπτυξης (αλιεία, υδατοκαλλιέργειες, παράκτιος τουρισμός, θαλάσσιες μεταφορές κ.α.), να συμμετάσχουν δωρεάν σε ένα από τα Εργαστήρια Γαλάζιας Καινοτομίας, με τίτλο BLUE LABS.
